Data from Indonesia’s Central Statistics Agency (BPS) shows that three sectors contributed greatly to Indonesia’s economic growth in the first quarter of 2019. BASF signed agreements in October 2017 and April 2018 to acquire Bayer’s business and assets to be divested in connection with Bayer’s acquisition of Monsanto, BASF made a cash purchase worth Euro 7,6 billion, which will adjust the figure at closing. About 4,500 employees will join BASF through the acquisition.
